MULTIPLE GRIP POSITIONS: Includes various jugs, slopers, mini crimps, and pinch holds for versatile workouts. Mini crimps feature the shallowest depth for added challenge, while other jugs offer different depths and widths for 1 to 4 fingers.
UNIQUE DESIGN FOR EFFICIENT WORKOUTS: Features a phone holder at the top for tracking exercise time. The 2 detachable pinch holds can be adjusted to the preferred angle before securing them for a tailored workout.
